By downloading, installing, or using IBOU PLAYER ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
IBOU PLAYER is a media player application that supports Xtream Codes API and M3U playlist formats. The App is a player tool only — it does not provide, host, stream, or distribute any media content whatsoever. Users must supply their own playlists from their own legitimate sources.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, are owned by IBOU PLAYER. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.
IBOU PLAYER has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content accessed by users through third-party playlists or servers. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the legality or quality of any content available through user-configured sources. Any disputes regarding content must be directed to the respective content provider.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBOU PLAYER shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or profit.
The App may require device activation via MAC address registration. Each license is tied to a specific device. Sharing, transferring, or reselling activation credentials is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access for any violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to IBOU PLAYER.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
